Over the past 24 months, after listening to countless DAYS worth of material (literally right now my audible.com account says I’ve listened to 19 days, 21 hours and 48 minutes of audio books), I have become very interested in success. In particular, what habits do the successful have that I can learn from?
I follow a ton of thought leaders, many who recommend having an attitude of gratitude. I thought I knew what this meant…just being a happy person and thinking you’re doing the right thing?
The problem was, our own self overestimates what we are going to remember and under estimates the reality of forgetfulness. Have you ever caught yourself saying “Oh that’s important, I’ll DEFINITELY remember that”. Only to think half an hour later…what was that thing I wanted to remember?
Yeah me too.
Which is why I created my own Nightly Recap Sheets.
Learn more about them how to use them and why they work in the video I created for you below:
I hope you enjoy the sheets and actually use them.
I’ve found they create terrific positive videos for me and have helped with positive reflection.
Thanks for reading and remember to be nice.
